Green Belts

want my opinion section them out and give them to the surrounding home owners create a CCR that states ways you can lay out your yard so that it looks good and the owners will be free to develop these lands themselves and in the process you will be boosting the property value in the general area warranting more tax revenue to the county resulting in more funds for sidewalks and other improvements may be able to work a deal out with higher hoa dues or something of that nature dont know .. discuss
