Latest Billing

[size=12]The latest HOA dues bill was mailed out today. All divisions were mailed at once, and according to the postperson many of you will receive them tomorrow. I would really appreciate feedback regarding when individuals begin receiving their bill; Thomas Brown, myself and Mrs. Pearson helped to get the billing sent out. I greatly appreciate the Publicity committee for putting together our first newsletter, and updated information form be sure to send it back with corrected addresses, phone numbers, email and such.

We received ours today as well. Thanks for the response. I've already heard from a dozen homeowners that they have received their billing.

I got mine in Division 2!

I received my billing today. I do have a question to ask ... I was just trying to complete my "Timberlane Resident Information" form and tried doing it online. When I enter the link address [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] it does not connect. Are you sure that is the correct address to use for Thomas so I can complete the online information? Thank you and Happy New Year!! Gerry

Tracey, thank you for just replying back to me. I just figured out I was trying to do this all wrong. I just tried sending this regular email and it worked just fine. Must be my old age or the ending of a long year being there is only afew more hours left in 2010.

Made Many attempts to get a correct bill for my Hoa dues the last Email I got had my address as being in Spokane. Hello I want to pay for timber-lane not some community in Spokane. I am really concerned with our new management being competent enough to manage.

I haven't been able to get a response from the new management company (I've received no information on the new dues system)so I just emailed a few board members. If they reply to me directly and don't see this, I'll post what I find out. You wouldn't think it was so hard to get a bill

Since the bill is now fixed and was given a call back. I am going to give the New management the benefit of the doubt and lay the blame with old management for having inaccurate information. Will see how things go from here forward.
